These terms are the agreement between you and Chris Stone (“we”, “us”) for the Dubz Up iPhone app. By downloading or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
Dubz Up is a self-improvement and habit-tracking app. You log daily wins, build a streak, and optionally restrict your own access to apps you choose until you have logged a set number of wins.
It is not medical, psychological, financial or professional advice, and it is not a treatment for any condition, including compulsive device use. It is a motivational tool. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional.
The app creates an anonymous account automatically; no signup is required. You may optionally attach it to your Apple ID so your data survives losing your device. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure.
Dubz Up is free to log your first win. Continued use of paid features requires a Dubz Up Pro subscription.

Prices are in pounds sterling and may vary by territory; the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase is the price that applies.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
Win Lock uses Apple’s Screen Time (Family Controls) framework to shield apps you select, until you log the number of wins you set. It is entirely self-imposed. You can change the target, or turn Win Lock off, at any time from within the app.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
The wins, goals and other text you enter remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, back up and display that content to you as part of running the service. We do not use it to train models, and we do not publish it.
The app, its design, illustrations, text and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature materially, we will provide notice and, where required by law, a pro-rata refund via Apple.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use is also subject to the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data from within it. We may terminate these terms if you materially breach them.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer you may bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
